At TRL Handmade Furniture, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to love your custom pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all non-customized furniture items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare for Collection

  Ensure the furniture is in its original condition and securely packaged in the original crating to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once approved, our specialized furniture couriers will contact you to coordinate a convenient date and time for the item collection.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our artisans inspect the returned piece at our workshop, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
